FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the admissions process?

The admissions process involves three steps: inquire, visit and apply. You can email our head of school to express your interest in VCA and start the process. Next we will schedule a school tour and family interview. Upper School students can also schedule a shadow day if they would like to experience VCA firsthand. Finally, families should complete the online application. Once your student is accepted you will be able to complete the enrollment packet and apply for financial assistance if needed.

How long does it take to complete the admissions process?

The VCA admissions process can be as quick as a few weeks if families can complete and submit all the application materials in a timely manner. We cannot consider or process an application until all information and documentation are submitted. If you have questions during the process or about the application please reach out to us, we are happy to help.

All Kindergarten students must be five years old by August 1st.

Other students will be placed in the grade level that best suits their current educational level.
