Mrs. Sandy Lohutko is the home room teacher for the 7th grade class. She specializes in teaching English.
Sandy grew up in Indianapolis and Dobbs Ferry, NY. She attended college at the University of Virginia where she received her degree in English. Some interesting facts about Sandy are that she was a social worker, she lived on Park Avenue in New York City, and she programmed some of the first computers for AT&T.
Sandy’s love for children is evident. She and her husband, Conrad, have seven children of their own (including triplets) and seven grandchildren, some of which are VCA students! She spent years teaching VBS, working at camp, substituting, and teaching Sunday school. Currently, Sandy is in her 28th year of teaching at Victory.
In her spare time, Sandy likes to read, work in the garden, and play with her grandchildren.
